On the basis of the result of the inspection, we will provide you with a comprehensive and non-binding offer with all the important details, for free.

Private removals

We advise you in advance about the possibilities to calculate the costs of your removal in an optimal fashion. You choose the scope of services that best suit your wishes and budget – whether with a lot of “contribution of your own” or as a fully-serviced relocation. During our tour of your premises, we will explain the standard terms and conditions for our legal liability and advise you on additional ways to insure your goods.

Whether your moving is entirely private or on behalf of your employer, whether it is within Germany or whether it takes place internationally, we are there for you. Just make an appointment with us! We will determine the loading volume, the scope of services and the required packing material. We take care of necessary parking reservations and technical aids such as an external lift or crane truck.

True to our motto: “Advise – plan – move unstressed”. We are also happy to help you with in-house removals or repositioning work, the disposal of bulky waste and clearing out. It’s our forces for your tasks!

Office and project removals

Whether it is a small office, an office floor or entire office buildings – you benefit from our decades of experience. Together with you, we determine all the specifics of your office relocation. MENDE records and organizes your goods, determines the precise removal processes and creates the necessary technical drawings for this. In short, we ensure a coherent and effective relocation concept, in order to minimize downtime and to provide a complete service.

MENDE transports your IT-systems, servers, safes and, of course, also all documents. To do this, we use file trolleys, IT-transport crates and reusable packaging which saves time and money. Incidentally, we also make an important contribution to the protection of the environment.

We also take on useful additional services such as the disposal and recycling or purchase of old furniture, the destruction of files and data carriers in accordance with the Data Protection Act of the Federal Republic of Germany well as the final cleaning of office space and furniture. Overseas removals

“Just change continents …?”. It is easier than you think! We have many years of experience with moving to any part of the world. We are happy to advise you on the best preparation for customs formalities, transport insurance and additional specific features.

We pack and load your goods for removal safely and professionally in the appropriate container. For the delivery, we rely on our international partner network. Your shipment will be imported reliably and delivered on time.

We ship by liftvan or container, alternatively by airfreight and international courier. Other additional services such as temporary storage, renovation or final cleaning of the old apartment are no problem at all. Just contact us!

MENDE has a comprehensive network of specialist service providers to handle every transport task – from pianos or machine parts to entire plants.

Packing materials

For our relocation customers it’s so easy: We determine your need for moving material during the on-site inspection and deliver it to you on time, for free.

In addition to that, you can get everything what you need for moving in our relocation shop in Hofheim am Taunus: folding boxes in different sizes (according to availability also used folding boxes at a discount), wardrobe moving boxes, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, padding covers, bottle covers and much more.
