Whether office space or at home. MENDE refurbishes areas from 100 to over 1000 square meters. On the basis of the inspection result, we create a customized offer with all the important service details.

General contractor

In order to solve even the most complex tasks, MENDE takes over the role of general contractor.

We co-ordinate and supervise the work of all the trades coming together – electricians and plumbers, air conditioning engineers and installers as well as floor layers and painters.

Own carpenters and craftsmen

MENDE has its own experienced carpenters specialized in built-in kitchens as well as flooring installers, painters and drywall builders.

Cleaning and disposal

We take care of the final cleaning after refurbishment as well as after office and project relocations and ensure the proper and timely disposal of all materials.

Environmental awareness

Environmental awareness is an important issue for MENDE. We ensure disposal at the highest level.

In example, we offer to reduce the environmental impact at the request of our customers by using already used packaging and packaging materials whenever possible.
